Fall Inspiration

I'M SO IN LOVE with the Pre-Fall 2011 collections. This look in particular is from No. 21 - their entire collection is an absolute dream and I would wear every single look! It's definitely in my "dream wardrobe" list.

My favorite color combination is this color Blush Nude (nude with a hint of pink) and Black. To me, this color combo exudes romance, elegance, and glamour. This dress is simple, yet so pretty! Don't you agree? It's all about the details that makes it so special - the bell sleeves with gathering at the cuffs, the slight pleats/tucks draping down at the neck, and of course my absolute favorite detail of all... the bow at the neck. [Surprise, surprise!] =) I love this entire look - the hair, simple make-up with a defined eye (not sure if it's eye-liner or the lashes, but it's perfect!), the nude nails and shoes - completely effortless!

Note to self: Nude pumps are a must! Love!

Jason Wu: Pre-Fall 2011

TWO WORDS: absolutely beautiful! Can you tell which looks are my favorite? :) I love Jason Wu's entire Pre-Fall Collection and his brilliant choice of colors and color combinations. Jason always designs and creates a cohesive collection and thinks about his "woman" in every aspect - what she would wear from day to night, to the office, events, and special occasions. The looks that I "HEART" are my favorite looks that I would absolutely want to wear, and have in my closet... right now!

Erin Fetherston - Resort 2011

Everyone is reviewing Spring 2011 Collections... but, I'm still swooning over Erin Fetherston's beautiful Resort 2011 Collection. I want to wear every single look in her collection. It's the PERFECT wardrobe for me! I'm madly, deeply, hopelessly in love, love, love. *sigh* This post is to be continued... =)

Style Icon: Kate Lanphear

Elle's Senior Style Director Kate Lanphear is a style icon in my eyes. I look forward to seeing photographs of her to see what she'll wear next. Although her style is edgier than most magazine editors + directors, she pulls off her look so effortlessly and I love examining her outfits and the way she combines her accessories and jewelry.

These are photographs of her modeling designer Eddie Borgo's jewelry for his Fall 2010 online campaign. The first photograph is my favorite!

The other Coco

Coco Rocha in Zac Posen was one of my favorite Red Carpet looks from this years Metropolitan Museum's Costume Institute benefit. She looks absolutely STUNNING. From her hair, to her flawless make-up, and her beautiful gown... the colors are so breathtaking. She looks amazingly BEAUTIFUL!!

I was a tad bit annoyed with so many short dresses on the Red Carpet. I mean... you get this opportunity to wear any ballgown you want to and dress up like a princess for the night and you don't?? Hmmmm.... =P Oh well... Nicole Richie in Marc Jacobs was also one of my favs... she's grown up so much and into such a beautiful and stylish woman. She's a style icon indeed!
